 Any items you have chosen to keep are set aside. We can pack and deliver these items to you or leave them on the premises if you prefer.

 

While sorting, we set aside any found items that we believe you may want - money, photographs, important paperwork etc.  

2. We Purchase The Items You Don't Want To Keep

We will happily offer to purchase items from the estate to help offset costs.

 

We buy deceased estate furniture lots, antique and vintage items, whitegoods, tools, outdoor items and more.

 

Our purchase price is offset against the total clearance fee, lowering the overall cost and helping you to save money.  

3. We Clear The Entire Property

All the remaining items are sorted into categories before being removed.

Depending on your preferences and the condition of items, they may be:

1. Delivered to a Brisbane auction house to be sold on your behalf.

 

2. Donated to a registered charity.

 

3. Recycled or disposed of.
